Ashley Darby

Ashley Darby is an American TV personality and a singer. The actress became famous after her win as Miss District of Columbia 2011. The Real Housewives of Potomac has featured the actress as a regular cast member since January 2016. Ashley Darby is an entrepreneur with a passion for hospitality philanthropy as well as the holistic approach to health. Ashley is a Maryland born and raised with an enviable personality. She was raised with incredible perseverance. As the oldest of her family, Ashley grew up juggling multiple jobs to help support her single mom and younger siblings. She was a student at the University of Maryland at age 18, and was employed as a bartender to support her and her family. Ashley began bartending while she was at the Miss District of Columbia Pageant. In 2011, Ashley won the Miss District of Columbia Pageant crown. Ashley was then introduced to Michael Darby who was a millionaire Australian working in the real estate business. Michael is 29 years older than Ashley. Ashley was introduced to a world that she had not known existed. Ashley and Michael got married, and were happy parents to Dean Michael in 2019 and Dylan Matthew in 2021. They spent 8 years together, but officially split at the end of 2022. Ashley has been certified as a yoga instructor. Ashley believes peace within is important, but so is physical fitness. Ashley even though she is having the best time ever and still trying to strike a balance between work and love. Ashley's job is a TV personality. She started out as a bartender in order to support her family. But her passion for the fashion industry and entertainment has been evident since she was very young. Then she entered the contest with all of her determination. The winner was Miss District of Columbia 2011 and was awarded the title. Then, in 2011, she was a contestant in The Miss America Pageant. Although she didn't win the crown, she received the scholarship. Also, she was awarded her the John Curran Award, which is an interview prize for non-finalists.
