Molly Tarlov (born November 11 31st, 1981) is an American actress, best known since 2011 for her role in the role of Sadie Saxton on the television comedy-drama series Awkward. Tarlov was born and raised in Manhattan, New York, as one of the two daughters. In the year she turned 10, Tarlov began her acting career in the show Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. The group of 7th graders who attended the show were extremely impressed. Her summers were spent studying at NYU Tisch and the Interlochen Center for the Arts. She was trained in a variety of different styles and finally earned her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre at Bennington College. The Atlantic Theater Company, which she attended in addition, taught her to combine acting and writing in The LAByrinth Theater's Master class. Molly swapped her winter coat in exchange for black sunglasses, and headed to Los Angeles. A short, three-word segment in iCarly quickly caught the eye from her parents. She has since done several television appearances and played the character of Caitlin in Winnie Holzman as well as Savannah Dooley's ABC's Family series Huge. Molly believes she's good in basketball, but she's not. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
